Brittany "Bee" Smothers is a licensed master cosmetologist/multi-cultural hairstylist with 8 years of professional experience, While Bee is well-versed in styling hair of all textures, she currently specializes in natural hair care and maintenance. Her passion for styling hair can be attributed to her desire to make women feel beautiful. As an advocate of self-love and self-care, Bee believes that her job extends far beyond “just doing hair”.

Bee created her brand, "Bee Defined" to serve as a promotion of self-love, with the mission to encourage young girls and women of all ages to define their own beauty and not succumb to societal standards. Bee believes that every woman has a uniqueness about her that should be celebrated; and when that unique beauty is embraced, it opens the doors for confidence on a new level.
